These Guys Let Their Former Roommate Know That Everything's Better Now [Video]

I can certainly imagine that if you opt for the roommate route when striking out on your own there may be a chance that you will not be 100% compatible with everyone. That's what the guys from 'BoiZone' found out.

After one member (citizen?) of the BoiZone left the remaining BoiZonians found that everything seemed to be better. The boys decided to grab a camera, channel the spirit of Dennis Leary (which is tricky because he's still alive, I think -- yup!), and let the former roomie as well as the world know what's up.



While their YouTube channel only has one video I'm going sub and hope there's more on the way.

There are a lot of products that are meant for one purpose but can be used for many other purposes. It's all a matter of figuring out how to use a product in your own unique way. Speaking of a unique use for a product here is an ammo dispenser activated by motion:



Of course the machine wasn't made for dispensing ammo, but was marketed as a candy dispenser instead. That was until the blogger North got his hands on it. He gets a 9 out of 10 for imagination, but I hope something doesn't jam up and unload a round.

Sometimes I find cool stuff and it completely slips my mind that it's something that I should share with everyone. Today, after I watched an episode of Chris Hardwick's All Star Celebrity Bowling from the Nerdist You Tube channel it dawned on me -- shout the existence of this from the rooftops!

Chris Hardwick's All Star Celebrity Bowling is where Chris Hardwick (son of pro bowler Billy Hardwick) assembles a team of his Nerdist cohorts to take on opposing teams in the name of charity. Some teams have been from Machinima, G4, and the cast of Mad Men.

Cats are devilishly smart little creatures sometimes. Just take the following video of Milo who figured out that if beats the shit out of the auto-feeder dish that a few bits will fall down into the bowl. How does he beat the shit out of it? Watch:



Yup, a running leap. The description says he did this 20 to 30 times a day! The owners must have nerves of steel. The plan has backfired though because an update in the description says that the cats have been moved to a normal dish so Milo doesn't eat too much. Take that smart guy cat!

Swordfighting -- A Game That Needs To Be Seen To Be Believed

We all know what sword fighting is and we all probably know that it also has a double meaning. The 'interesting' duo of Kurt Bieg and Ramsey Nasser thought to take the uncivilised meaning of sword fighting and turn it into slightly more civilized game called 'Swordfight'.

The men with cameras made this the pic I had to use.

Players take a modified Atari joystick and strap it on like a ... well ... a strap-on and try to press the button on the opponents controller with their joystick. If you can't trust the participants handcuffing their hands behind their back is an option -- and kinky.

As we draw closer to a world with more and more electric vehicles on the road there is a risk associated with them that is coming to light. They are very very quiet. Too quiet, really. Domino's in the Netherlands has gotten help from a company to make their electric delivery scooters heard -- with humorous results.
