If you want to get my attention the word 'abandoned' will often time do the trick. There's just something about man made structures left to the will of time and nature to decay that just fascinates me.
Abandoned houses, buildings, and towns are all over the place, but abandoned highways are something I haven't seen too many of. Let alone travel it via a helmet cam.
All the overgrowth, vegetation growing through the cracked pavement, and the missing chunks of road are a reminder that we keep time and nature at bay only temporarily.
