A Homemade Auto Loader Copies That Floppy For You

In the grand scheme of things I really haven't been a computer owner for all that long and as such never had a storage medium go obsolete on me. I've never had to look at a box of floppy discs and think "what's on these and how am I going to get the information off without wasting my life?". That's a question Ozzy Dweller had to ask himself, and he answered it with a vengeance!

Instead of taking the time to copy the floppies by hand he engineered a device to do it for him. Whether the time making the device was shorter than the time it would have taken to convert the floppies is irrelevant -- just because. Now watch the machine in action:

He talks more about the machine on his blog (which you should read).
